You will be joining Girias Colors of Rainbow & Girias Hilltop Stones, prominent names in natural and engineered stones in India. With expertise in granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and SPC, the company serves top architects, designers, dealers, and developers globally. The company is set to launch South India's largest Stone Experience Centre in Hosur, covering 1,00,000 sq. ft., featuring a premium collection of over 400 natural and engineered stones. For this grand venture, they seek a seasoned Sales Professional well-versed in the stone industry. In the role of a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role at the flagship Experience Centre, engaging with clients, architects, dealers, and project heads to assist them in choosing the perfect materials and ensuring an unparalleled buying journey. **Key Responsibilities:** - Welcome, guide, and advise customers visiting the Experience Centre. - Promote and sell a wide range of natural & engineered stones. - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and builders. - Understand client needs and propose customized material solutions. - Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets. - Collaborate with management on sales strategies and incorporate client feedback. - Keep an updated record of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups. - Represent the brand professionally with in-depth product knowledge. **Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the stone industry, encompassing granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, or related materials. - Possess a strong network within the architectural, design, and dealer communities (highly desirable). - Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. - Customer-centric approach with expertise in consultative selling. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages (Tamil/Kannada/Telugu) will be advantageous. - Energetic, target-oriented, and a passion for design and materials.
