Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers is crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth areas. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. - Mentor and support junior sales executives in achieving their goals. - Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company professionally. Qualifications Required: - Experience in B2B sales for at least 4 years is preferred. - Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication.
