Job Description

Key Responsibilities Drive sales of the company’s complete Water Solutions product line: Heat pumps (for hot water & energy efficiency) Water softeners Water pumps (domestic & commercial) Geysers & heating solutions Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned revenue and market growth goals. Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and participation in industry events. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical consultations to understand needs and recommend solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in line with customer requirements. Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support. Build strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new technologies to stay ahead in the market. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
