Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solar energy systems, electrical products, or renewable energy solutions and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar and electrical markets.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and residential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the technical and project teams for proposal preparation and project execution.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback documentation.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and business networking events.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, electrical panels, inverters, and related products.
  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Local market knowledge in Coimbatore and surrounding regions is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred).
  • 4–8 years of relevant sales experience in the solar or electrical sector.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel locally.
