CTC: Up to INR 3.6 to 4.8 LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our Edgeband product line in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in on-field client visits, dealer network management, and direct sales within the Edgeband, modular furniture, laminates, or plywood industry. The role demands strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

➤ Conduct daily client visits to dealers, distributors, and furniture manufacturers to promote Edgeband products➤ Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory➤ Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business➤ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management➤ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers➤ Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences➤ Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely deliveries➤ Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, and follow-up schedules➤ Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to generate leads

Required Qualifications & Skills

➤ Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (Edgeband industry experience preferred)➤ Strong knowledge of Edgeband products, applications, and market segments➤ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills➤ Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented personality➤ Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting➤ Willingness to travel extensively in Surat and nearby regions➤ Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
