Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Surat. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, attending sales meetings and industry events, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations and seeking a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our Edgeband product line in Surat. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in on-field client visits, dealer network management, and direct sales within the Edgeband, modular furniture, laminates, or plywood industry. The role demands strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and consistent sales performance.


Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory in Field Sales; preference to candidates with Edgeband/Interior/Modular Furniture industry knowledge)

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: Up to INR 4.8 LPA


Key Responsibilities

➤ Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory

➤ Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

➤ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management

➤ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers

➤ Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences

➤ Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely deliveries

➤ Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, and follow-up schedules

➤ Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to generate leads


Required Qualifications & Skills


(Edgeband industry experience preferred)

➤ Strong knowledge of Edgeband products, applications, and market segments

➤ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

➤ Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented personality

➤ Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting

➤ Willingness to travel extensively in Surat and nearby regions

➤ Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
