Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience to lead our sales initiatives, expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. Candidates with a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and field sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts for our Ayurvedic products and services, developing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, analyse competitor activities, and identify trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience (Ayurveda, Pharma, FMCG, or wellness industry preferred).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as leading a team.

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred; business, marketing, or related field advantageous).
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
