Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Mohali
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (attractive incentives extra)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and convert high-quality leads for residential & commercial projects
Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations independently
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high conversion ratios
Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve assigned revenue targets
Support and guide junior sales executives when required
Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and registration teams
Maintain accurate sales reports and follow-ups
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
Proven track record of target achievement
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Professional attitude with customer-centric approach
