Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring legal compliance. The role will involve providing support to employees, handling grievances, and fostering a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures and legal compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle grievances and ensure a positive working environment
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the agriculture or manufacturing industry is a plus
