Job Description:
As the Sr. Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide expert assistance to customers in selecting jewellery.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective techniques.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.- Educate customers on jewellery care, value, and warranties.- Monitor and report on sales performance and trends.- Engage in promotional events to boost sales and store visibility.- Collaborate with the sales team to foster a positive environment.- Support management in enforcing store policies and procedures.- Process transactions accurately and manage sales records.- Handle and complete all assigned tasks as needed.- Participate in exhibitions as per company's requirement.- Support the store manager in achieving Annual Store targets.- Train the Juniors and upgrade them though knowledge transfer
