Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - Wholesale Jewellery Sales Responsibilities:- A) Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. B) Sample and Design Sharing : Provide clients with new product samples and designs to support their purchasing decisions. C) Order Management: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all client specifications are met. D) Timely Delivery: Coordinate with logistics to ensure prompt delivery of products and services. E) Complaint Resolution : Address and resolve client complaints swiftly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. F) Account Reporting: Share a detailed accounts ledger with clients every month, outlining transactions and status updates. G) Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments according to agreed terms, managing any delays proactively. H) Client Visits: Conduct regular weekly visits to clients to foster relationships and gain insights into their needs and challenges. I) Sales Targets & recovery: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets & collections as per company terms & conditions on a regular basis. J) Year-over-Year Growth: Drive year-over-year growth for each individual client through strategic planning and relationship management. K) Team Supervision: a. Verify that KAM visits 5 clients daily as per the planned route map. b. Discuss and plan weekly visit routes mutually with KAM. L) Data Management: a. Track and analyze daily reports from KAMs, ensuring accuracy. b. Maintain records of client-wise sales. accounts. M) Revenue Tracking: a. Monitor sales, collections, and receivables for the region. N) Representation of company in all participating exhibitions.
