Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will focus on identifying and cultivating business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, spearheading client acquisition efforts, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams. You will report to the Sales Head.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated experience in business development, lead generation, and achieving measurable sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Strategic Planning and Communication: Proficiency in crafting sales strategies, creating persuasive proposals, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge of luxury and premium industries and understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with performance marketing, e-commerce dynamics, and digital media tools like OSIDE is a plus.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. A proven track record in sales and leadership is highly valued.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and adapt to shifting business priorities.
