As a Senior Sales Executive at our company based in Goa, you will play a crucial role in driving our global growth strategy by targeting international markets. With 2-3 years of proven experience in lead generation and sales, you will have the opportunity to engage with high-potential clients and contribute to our business development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and converting potential leads across international markets through strategic outreach. You will be expected to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software and prospecting platforms. Building relationships with key decision-makers, conducting market research, and understanding customer needs will be essential for generating and closing new business opportunities. Ensuring client satisfaction, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships will also be part of your role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product, and operational goals will be crucial. You will be required to prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and challenges. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-4 years of sales experience, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and handling international markets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong negotiation abilities, and cultural sensitivity are key skills required. Proficiency in CRM systems, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.
