🔸 About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Packages Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling domestic and international holiday packages to individuals, groups, and businesses.

You will consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, design customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of travel products, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

domestic & international holiday packages

PNR creation, issuance, reissuance, cancellations

understand requirements

manage reservations

with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other vendors

records of sales, bookings, and payments

● Provide expert advice on destinations, sightseeing, culture, weather, safety, and documentation.

calls, emails, and walk-ins

● Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

● Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.

🔸 Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism

Minimum 3 years of proven experience

Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus is mandatory).

CRM systems and booking tools

English communication skills

Strong sales, negotiation,

geography, international

● Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills.

● Customer-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
