Role Overview


Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and grow market presence in India.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Promote product portfolio and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

• Gather customer needs and feedback; collaborate with R&D to refine product solutions.

• Act as the bridge between customers, sales, and R&D to resolve technical issues and achieve sales

targets.



Qualifications

Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related

field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

• For R&D/Technical Support profile: at least 2 years of R&D experience.

• For Sales profile: at least 3 years of frontline sales experience.

• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in at least one application industry (e.g., personal care,

household care, coatings, pharmaceuticals, construction, agrochemicals, textiles, oilfield chemicals).

• Solid technical foundation and familiarity with process technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
