Job Title: PSD Reporting Analyst Location: Gurgaon Work Type: Hybrid (8 days per month in office) Key Responsibilities Maintain, run, and amend existing SAS codes/queries used in the process, and develop new codes in line with regulatory requirements and changes. Produce regulatory outputs accurately and within defined timelines, including calculation and posting of planned and ad-hoc adjustments. Deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis reporting requests to a high standard, supporting internal monthly franchise and legal entity reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through monitoring and assurance activities. Maintain and enhance processes and interfaces within the regulatory reporting framework. Contribute to the production of mortgage reports in accordance with regulatory guidance. Drive engagement surveys within the business area, taking ownership for the design and execution of action plans to improve engagement levels. Knowledge and Experience Qualification: B.Com / BCA / B.Tech / MBA 5–7 years of hands-on technical experience with SAS, Python, and Tableau. Mandatory experience in the Banking domain , with strong exposure to regulatory and financial reporting requirements. Strong understanding of balance sheet and P&L statements; knowledge of the mortgage market is an added advantage. Proven expertise in SAS and familiarity with reporting/analytical tools such as Tableau and Python. Experience in submitting returns or managing large datasets via Axiom (regulatory report submission tools), including data validation processes and troubleshooting validation issues. Proficiency in working with cloud-based solutions and datasets, using Python or similar query tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to stakeholders across various seniority levels. Demonstrated track record of delivering results in analytical, regulatory, or reporting contexts, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work flexibly.
