Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s market in India by maintaining existing customer relationships and driving business growth.
  • Introduce and promote company products; provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
  • Gather customer requirements/issues and provide feedback to HQ R&D for optimization.
  • Facilitate communication between customers, sales, and R&D to resolve key issues and achieve sales targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a

    chemistry-related field

    , with at least 7 years’ work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in chemical

    R&D or lab work

    , with solid expertise in:
  • Personal care, household care
  • Fermentation defoaming, coatings (UV/emulsion polymers)
  • Pharmaceuticals, construction admixtures
  • Metal/hard surface treatment, agrochemicals, papermaking auxiliaries
  • Textiles, dyeing/finishing auxiliaries, oilfield chemicals
  • At least 1 year in

    field technical support/sales

    with proven communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Based in India
  • Strong technical expertise in chemical products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
