Job Description

Role Overview: As an Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of automation products, manage key customer accounts, and provide technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in business development, building strong customer relationships, and supporting seamless product integration to contribute to market growth and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Account Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical and product support. - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and nurture long-term partnerships. - Sales & Business Development - Drive sales of electric automation products to meet revenue targets. - Conduct market analysis to identify new customers and emerging market opportunities. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. - Technical Expertise - Provide deep product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth product integration and after-sales support. - Strategic Planning - Develop and implement account strategies aligned with company goals. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to guide sales strategy. - Stay adaptable and committed to continuous improvement in a dynamic market environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechatronics, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in automation sales, preferably in electric automation. - Demonstrated success in key account management, End User & OEM sales, and driving revenue growth. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to assess customer needs and propose effective technical solutions. - Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to change. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
