Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role located in Chennai. The Senior Sales Engineer will lead sales efforts by identifying potential clients, presenting tailored robotic and automation solutions, and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, providing technical demonstrations, and collaborating with the engineering team to align solutions with client requirements. The role also involves market analysis, sales strategy development, and achieving business growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with robotic applications, automation solutions, and robotic systems.
• Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and conducting technical product demonstrations.
• Experience in market research, business development, and strategic sales planning.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent). A master's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in robotics, industrial automation, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
