Senior Sales Consultant

Academic Qualification: Any GraduatePreferred Experience: Strong track record in consultative sales, B2B sales, or high-ticketclosing.
Role OverviewAs a Senior Sales Consultant, you will conduct in-depth business strategy consultations withqualified prospects, diagnose their business challenges, present tailored game plans, and enrollthem into our high-ticket coaching programs.This is a closing role you will convert high-intent booked calls into paying clients. Key Responsibilities

• Consultation & Closing Conduct 60 consultations/month from booked appointments (inbound +outbound). Maintain a 30%+ closing ratio (3 of every 10 consultations closed). Follow up pre- and post-consultation to ensure show-up and conversion.
• Business Diagnosis & Presentation Uncover root causes of business challenges. Present customized solutions and articulate program benefits clearly.
• Pipeline & CRM Management Track every opportunity in CRM.Maintain follow-up sequences for undecided prospects.
• Team Collaboration Provide feedback to Pre-Sales & Sales Consultants to improve lead quality.
• Participate in daily ops meetings & reports.KPIs / Outcomes Rs 50 Lakhs + GST new business revenue/month (7 8 units).Maintain 30%+ closing ratio.
