In this role as a Senior Sales Consultant based in Gurugram, your responsibilities will include sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing consulting services. To excel in this position, you should possess sales consulting and consulting skills, customer satisfaction and customer service skills, effective communication abilities, experience in sales and customer relations, strong negotiation skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
