Senior Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough hair assessments to evaluate the stage of hair loss and recommend customized solutions.
• Educate clients on the causes of hair loss and available treatments, offering personalized counseling tailored to their facial features, age, profession, personality, and expectations.
• Leverage concept selling techniques to communicate achievable results, using visual aids to align client expectations with proposed procedures and products.
• Set and achieve daily consultation and revenue targets, consistently monitoring and evaluating performance against objectives.
• Drive monthly revenue goals to contribute to the studio’s financial success, with a focus on HNI clients.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, collaborating as a business partner to achieve shared objectives in a B2C environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in sales, with proven expertise in inside sales, B2C, concept selling, and working with high-net-worth clients (HNI) in face-to-face consultations.
• Age Preference: 32 years and above.
• Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage HNI clients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Consultative, one-on-one selling approach with a focus on concept selling and building long-term client relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a B2C sales context.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
