Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate to support our sales operations and act as a bridge between the sales team, distributors, and management. The role involves order coordination, data management, and ensuring smooth implementation of sales strategies and promotional schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales officers, distributors, and management for timely order processing and deliveries.
Assist in implementing sales schemes, offers, and promotional activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers.
Monitor sales targets and provide updates on achievements vs. goals.
Ensure smooth communication flow between field sales teams and the management.
Support HR/sales team in attendance, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.
