Job Description

As a Franchise Development Manager at H3 Preschool, your role involves overseeing franchisee acquisition and development in compliance with company policies. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving lead development and franchise sales for H3 Pre-school in the state of Gujarat. - Assisting franchise centers in various tasks such as identifying suitable premises, designing schools as per H3 standards, supporting staff recruitment and training, school launches, and promotional activities. - Managing and nurturing franchise centers within the state to ensure effective operations and optimal employee performance. - Promoting the brand image through media advertisements and appointing new business partners to drive sales growth. - Monitoring market trends, strategizing to capitalize on evolving scenarios in line with sales projections and budgetary targets. - Reporting directly to the Zonal Manager at the Head Office in Ahmedabad.
