Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing & Sales professional to join our dynamic team in the interior design and luxury home lifestyle sector. Key Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in interior design, architecture, home décor, or luxury lifestyle industries.
• Design Understanding: Strong grasp of design concepts, material selection, and customer psychology in the home improvement and premium design space.
• Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in lead generation, conversion, and closing high-ticket sales.
• Consultative Selling: Ability to handle objections effectively and build trust through personalized consultations.
• Upselling Skills: Proficiency in upselling and cross-selling design services and related offerings.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Lead Nurturing: Strong follow-up and lead management capabilities to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Client Retention: Understanding of customer care, post-sale engagement, and retention strategies.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Market Expansion: Ability to identify new market segments, builder collaborations, architects, and vendor tie-ups.
• B2B Networking: Strong networking skills for developing strategic partnerships and B2B alliances.
