Role & responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team , providing guidance, training, and performance reviews. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success. Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts , ensuring alignment with client needs and company profitability. Coordinate marketing campaigns including digital, print, and event-based activities to increase brand visibility. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategic positioning. Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Collaborate with product development and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Lead participation in exhibitions, and networking events to promote company offerings. Drive customer feedback initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
