Generate new qualified leads consistently through calls, referrals, digital sources, and field activity.
Maintain a predictable, healthy sales pipeline across all lead stages.
B. Lead Nurturing & Sales Conversion
Conduct professional follow-ups, presentations, and demos to convert prospects into paying clients.
Achieve monthly sales revenue targets with accuracy and discipline.
C. Client Interaction & Coordination
Manage complete communication with prospects and clients from enquiry → proposal → closing.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth onboarding & service delivery.
D. Sales Reporting & Documentation
Update CRM/tracking sheets daily.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, proposals, and closures.
E. Revenue Consistency & Predictability
Ensure month-on-month growth in conversions.
Build a reliable, forecastable sales system.
