Job Description

Ensure 100% accurate measurements and site conditions are captured.
Fill standard Site Recce Form (measurements, levels, services, obstacles).
Capture minimum 15–20 photos and necessary videos per project.
Client Requirements as per customised / unique requirements by client
Tag & upload all data in the correct project folder (with standard naming).Site validation & recce for allotted projects
2D layout & elevation drawings (pre-3D)
Physical mood board preparation & client approval
Estimate preparation with correct BOQ base
2D drawings after 3D approval (final GFC drawings)
Production model preparation with designer
Prepare clean 2D layout plan with all room names, sizes, references.
Prepare elevations of all relevant walls for modular/interior work.
Ensure alignment with recce data (no mismatch in sizes, windows, beams, etc.).
Release 2D set for 3D designer within committed timeline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
