3D Design Engineer

As a 3D Design Engineer at Thrivea Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the standardization and 3D modeling of the company's entire product portfolio in the Industrial Air Filtration, Dust Collection, and Pollution Control Equipment industry. Your expertise in Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks will be essential in ensuring design consistency, manufacturability, and cross-functional alignment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain parametric 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings for all product lines using Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks. - Lead the standardization of components and assemblies across product families such as bag filters, scrubbers, cyclones, and pneumatic conveying systems. - Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Automation teams to ensure seamless integration of design outputs into manufacturing workflows. - Create and manage a centralized design library with standardized parts, BOMs, and revision control. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. - 6+ years of experience in 3D design within the dust collection, air pollution control, or industrial equipment manufacturing sectors. - Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks is mandatory. - Strong understanding of sheet metal design, weldments, fabrication processes, and GD&T. - Experience in design standardization, modularization, and BOM generation.
