Senior Research Associate/Research Analyst

You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top professionals to join our network and contribute to our clients" research projects. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will multitask between various projects and collaborate with client-facing teams to meet clients" research needs efficiently. Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to top professionals who can provide industry insight to our clients. - Explain the mission and business model of Insight Alpha to industry professionals and recruit them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL). - Grow the Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders through strategic recruiting campaigns. - Collaborate with client-facing teams to analyze client inquiries and fulfill time-sensitive research requests. - Monitor industry news, identify market trends, and establish valuable relationships with senior-level industry professionals. Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in primary executive research and market research. - Comfortable working in the US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM). - Must be available in the office location (Delhi) for the interview and training period. - Experience working on global projects, primarily in the US and European region. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities with attention to detail. - Leadership qualities, adaptability, and proactive nature. - Curiosity, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or collaboratively. - High integrity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
