Job Description

SRA- As a Senior Research Analyst at iResearch Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality insights that inform strategic decisions for global clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in desk research, data interpretation, quality control, and market intelligence. You will be expected to synthesize information from multiple sources, identify emerging trends, and ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you ll support the development of insights for Fortune 500 companies, consultancies, and industry leaders.

Responsibilities


Conduct comprehensive secondary (desk) research across industries, markets, and geographies using reliable public and subscription-based sources. Analyse and interpret data trends, patterns, and shifts to support content development, whitepapers, and strategic reports. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all outputs, with strong attention to detail in validation and citation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including project management team to meet project timelines and quality standards. Support the integration of qualitative and quantitative findings into compelling narratives. Monitor industry developments and provide real-time intelligence to internal teams and clients. Proactively identify gaps in existing research and offer innovative solutions to enhance findings and recommendations. Mentor and contribute to knowledge-building sessions within the team.

Requirements


3-6 years of experience in a research, consulting, or analytics role with a strong foundation in desk research and data analysis. Proficiency in secondary research techniques using databases like Factiva, Statista, ZoomInfo, SP Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) . Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify key insights, and present findings in a structured, insightful manner. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality control. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft concise research summaries. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A degree in Economics, Business, Market Research, or a related field. Master s preferred. Experience in thought leadership, B2B research, or professional services industry is a strong advantage.
