Senior Representative, Release Assurance

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and report any issues or bugs identified during UAT. This is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager – Release Assurance. What You Will Be Doing Conduct detailed User Acceptance Testing for releases, identify bugs, and report them to relevant teams to ensure a seamless user experience and system performance. Validate migration success by examining post-deployment behaviour and promptly flagging any production issues affecting data integrity or platform functionality. Replicate key user flows to confirm system stability and ensure the application behaves as expected under different test scenarios. Coordinate closely with UAT Managers, QA Leads, and Developers to align testing efforts with project timelines and technical requirements. Review and define clear acceptance criteria for incident tickets, ensuring they include reproducible steps for accurate troubleshooting and resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans reflect the customer journey and support an end-to-end quality experience. Essential What we are looking for from you: Proven experience of relevant work experience. Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or Quality Assurance. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. Desirable: Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office. Demonstrates personal excellence, accountability, and integrity. Experience to manage quality and productivity through continuous improvement.
