In this role as a Senior Representative, Release Assurance at SHL, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless user experience and system performance through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, Release Assurance, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and report any issues or bugs during UAT. SHL offers a great benefits package and a supportive culture that values career development, collaboration, flexibility, diversity, and inclusivity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed User Acceptance Testing for releases to identify bugs and report them for resolution. - Validate migration success post-deployment and flag any production issues affecting data integrity or platform functionality. - Replicate key user flows to confirm system stability under different test scenarios. - Coordinate with UAT Managers, QA Leads, and Developers to align testing efforts with project timelines and technical requirements. - Review and define clear acceptance criteria for incident tickets to ensure accurate troubleshooting and resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans reflect the customer journey and support an end-to-end quality experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in relevant work experience. - Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or Quality Assurance. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office. - Demonstrates personal excellence, accountability, and integrity. - Experience in managing quality and productivity through continuous improvement.
