Senior Relationship Manager

You are a dynamic and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager in Direct Sales with a focus on acquiring new clients and providing them with suitable life insurance solutions. With at least one year of experience in life insurance sales, you possess a strong sales acumen and excellent relationship management skills. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing customer needs, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work towards exceeding sales targets set by the company while ensuring excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns. It is essential to maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes, and coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, claims processing, and customer support.
