Senior Relationship Manager (Retention & Cross-Sales)

To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in managing corporate clients in the insurance industry. A strong background in commercial insurance, particularly in Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) lines, is essential. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and manage client relationships will be critical in this role. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and have experience in handling and meeting a significant number of B2B clients in-person annually. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, while domain knowledge in insurance will be advantageous.
