Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karnal for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relations with clients and bank partners, driving business growth by promoting insurance products, and ensuring target achievement through effective client engagement. Day-to-day tasks also include managing end-to-end sales processes, conducting client meetings, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will involve coordination with internal teams and adherence to organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Client Management and Relationship-Building skills for fostering strong client and bank partner connections
• Sales and Target Achievement competencies with experience in cross-selling and upselling insurance products
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines efficiently
• Knowledge of Insurance Products, Financial Management, or Financial Planning is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office applications or other CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
