This is regarding opening for Senior Relationship Manager with leading Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) Industry!!

Position Overview:

With an emphasis on Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS), the Relationship Manager-Sales will be in charge of overseeing and growing distribution sales in the Kolkata area. Building solid relationships with distributors, IFAs, wealth firms, and important clients is part of the job, which also entails using strategic sales activities to boost AUM and drive corporate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee distribution sales for the designated site and manage important connections between PMS and AIF products.
  • To increase sales and guarantee customer satisfaction, cultivate and fortify connections with distributors, direct clients, UHNIs, and family offices.
  • Conduct client meetings for product conversations, portfolio reviews, and new sales using audio, video, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Maximize business potential and expand distribution reach by strategizing, expanding, and managing channel partners.
  • Create, design, and execute data-driven solutions to boost AUM in PMS and AIF categories and enhance sales performance.
  • Maintaining long-term engagement and loyalty requires regular follow-up with important partners and clients.
  • To guarantee seamless onboarding and post-sale support, collaborate closely with the product and operations teams.

  • Keep up on rival offers, market trends, and regulatory developments to support your sales strategy and give insights.

The ideal profile for a candidate:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in distribution sales and financial products.
  • Strong connections and a solid network with distributors, wealth businesses, and IFAs in the Eastern region.
  • A track record of managing teams and fostering corporate expansion.
  • Preferred Background: Applicants will be given preference if they have prior expertise with alternative investments (PMS/AIF). However, experts with senior-level experience from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) might also be taken into account.
  • Outstanding abilities in relationship management, communication, and presentation.
  • A strong analytical attitude that can recognize chances for growth
