Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Karnal. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes frequent client interaction and requires the ability to meet sales targets and manage a team of relationship managers effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies
• Strong knowledge of financial products, especially life insurance and retirement products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
