Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Ahmednagar. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, supervising loan processing, and maintaining thorough records of customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.

Qualifications

• Having experience of more than 6 months
• Candidates must be local residents (Ahmednagar)
• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Acquisition skills
• Loan Processing and Disbursal Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
