We are looking for Associate Investment Managers with strong communication skills, customer-focused behavior, and the ability to engage and convince clients to achieve sales targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenants.
• Schedule & conduct property site visits with clients.
• Handle negotiations between owners and tenants to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Maintain and update daily activity reports as per company standards.
• Build and expand the offline broker network, fostering strong relationships.

💰 Compensation
