Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited (KMPL) is a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited and has been a leading car finance company in India since 1996. KMPL finances new and pre-owned passenger cars as well as two wheelers for retail consumers, and provides wholesale financing to automobile dealerships. The company also offers Loan Against Property for both commercial and residential real estate.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager at the Car Finance Department, located in Pune. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, automobile dealerships, and manufacturers. Key duties include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating loan terms, and managing loan disbursements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and addressing any customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

Strong relationship management and customer service skills
Experience in the automobile finance industry
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Proficiency in loan processing and financial documentation
