Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager to lead and execute the organizations initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding from a diverse range of sources including corporates, foundations, and grants. This role involves building strong donor relationships, organizing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify and engage prospective donors, sponsors, and funding partners. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing donors through regular communication and reporting. Write compelling grant proposals, sponsorship decks, donor communications, and funding reports. Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events (online and offline). Track and analyze fundraising data and prepare detailed reports for HOD. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in fundraising. Stay informed on trends, tools, and best practices in the fundraising and nonprofit sectors.
