Responsibilities

  • Strong expertise in lateral hiring and volume recruitment across multiple skill sets and industries.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, contract-based, and project-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience hiring across the US, India, and Canada, with understanding of regional hiring practices, compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and job portals.
  • Ability to work independently and lead recruitment initiatives end-to-end, from workforce planning to closure.
  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Plan and manage resource and hiring budgets, including cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor recruitment teams, ensuring performance, best practices, and process adherence.
  • Drive proactive sourcing initiatives through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, campus hiring, and vendor partnerships.
  • Manage and optimize vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely hiring delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, recruitment processes, labor laws, and contractual obligations across regions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, prepare dashboards and reports, and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
