Senior Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Leverage

    job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs

    to source candidates.
  • Build and maintain a

    robust talent pipeline

    for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Conduct

    screenings, interviews, and assessments

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with

Candidate Experience & Offer Management

  • Ensure a

    seamless and professional candidate experience

  • Manage

    offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and pre-joining engagement

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate

    hiring records and dashboards

  • Track and analyze

    recruitment KPIs

    (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness).

Employer Branding & Market Engagement

  • Represent the company at

    career fairs, networking events, and branding initiatives

    .
  • Promote a

    strong employer brand

    to attract high-caliber talent.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree

    in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in

    ATS tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring strategies

    .
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Ability to manage

    multiple hiring projects

    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of

    employment laws and compliance

    is an advantage.
