We are hiring for Senior Recruitment Professional, at Bangalore Location Please find the below Job Description for your reference - Senior Recruiter IT & Non IT Experience: 7 to 9 Years Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Shifts: General Shifts Qualification: Graduates This role of a Recruitment Professional is within a specialized division of Professional Staffing by the name of International Engagement. International Engagement primarily support EOR- Employer of Record Services for the foreign entities who do not have presence in India and provides 360 Degree services to companies who want to set up their operations in India. The Recruitment Professional for this division is expected to have fluent communication skills and great content writing skills with an interest to speak with candidates required by Foreign entities in India in details and summarize the notes representing the candidacies. The expectations of this role are uncommon in terms of the way usual submission process follows with volume in Indian market. We intend to provide an exception experience to our customers representing our Adecco India presence being a one stop solution for all their needs and sourcing plays a pivotal role in this area to generate confidence with customers to get expand our Business. The focus and expectations will be on quality and speed with strong Market Knowhow across the industry for IT and Non IT background professionals. Role & responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer) Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods Ensures detailed qualification summary of resume fitment Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or databases Preferred candidate profile Should have experience in domestic IT & Non IT recruitments across technologies and industries Should have experience in Contract and Perm hiring Should be a minimum graduate Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Good understanding of the industry or sector in which they are recruiting, including trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis. Multi tasker and should be able to work under pressure with utmost confidence especially speaking with CEO and top level company executives of other countries. Experience in vendor management Flexibility to do hands on role 80-90% and remaining coordination work with vendors and internal teams Strong personality with collaborative skills to interact with other team members for delivery during high demands Should have strong Market Intelligence Reports understanding as that would be one of the key areas for this role.
