Understand clients business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, Delivery, to deliver value to clients and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share..

Should have knowledge of payroll process,compliances & Recruitment life cycle

Required:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve targets.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
