About the Role

Senior Recruiter (Team Leader)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
senior, niche, and leadership positions
across EPC, Automobile, and Manufacturing sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; act as the primary point of contact.
Understand client hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
Oversee sourcing strategies, screening, negotiation, and offer management.
Maintain recruitment metrics, reporting, and team performance tracking.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and client satisfaction.
Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance capability and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years
of recruitment experience with at least
2+ years in a team-leading or senior recruiter role
.
Strong experience hiring in
EPC, Automobile, and Manufacturing
industries (mandatory).
Proven track record of closing
mid to senior-level roles
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under tight timelines.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment strategies, and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting environment.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
