Job Description

1) Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating, coordinating
interviews, and closing the positions.2) Hire for roles across various verticals, including Equity Advisors, Relationship Managers, etc.3) Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and passivesourcing.4) Use hiring tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases effectively.5) Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide marketinsights and hiring strategies.6) Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.7) Track and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and weekly hiring updates.8) Collaborate with HR team for offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and backgroundverification inputs.
