Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter & HR Coordinator to join our growing recruitment team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for corporate positions in India for US based operations. Additionally, this role will serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the broader HR team. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Propark India positions that directly support Proparks Corporate HQ, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and help shape job descriptions and requirements. Use Naukri, iCIMS, and other sourcing platforms to attract and identify top talent. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes, conduct initial video or in person interviews, and schedule in-depth interviews with hiring managers. Guide candidates through the interview process and provide excellent candidate experience. Maintain regular contact with all hired candidates up to their initial start date. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Naukri and iCIMS Applicant Tracking System. Provide weekly reporting on all active jobs posted in India, with detailed information for top candidates and start dates. Coordination and HR Support Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and provide guidance where possible. Coordinate with the broader HR team to obtain accurate information and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns. Maintain a comprehensive tracker to document candidate progress, interview outcomes, and status updates. Forward shortlisted candidates to the respective hiring managers with detailed notes and recommendations for further evaluation. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruiting with strong expertise in sourcing techniques and hiring processes. Proven experience in corporate recruitment, ideally with a focus on India-based positions. Strong experience using iCIMS and Naukri for sourcing and applicant tracking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a global recruitment team or across multiple regions. Experience in recruiting for a diverse range of corporate roles, including management, marketing, human resources, information technology, and finance. Familiarity with Indian labor laws and recruitment practices.
