Job Description

This operation is based in the US, so the employee will be required to work from 6:30pm to 2:30am IST. Strong verbal and written English skills are a necessity. About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing and Data Analyst to optimize our digital marketing efforts and drive data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for paid search, SEO, data entry, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, and comprehensive data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, data analytics, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI, with the ability to extract meaningful insights and guide strategic marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, and Power BI to track marketing performance. Develop and apply marketing attribution models to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation. Utilize SQL to query databases, join datasets, and extract key performance metrics for marketing analysis. Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate data insights into strategic recommendations. Data Entry & Management Ensure accurate and timely data entry across multiple marketing and analytics platforms. Maintain data integrity and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies in marketing performance reports. Standardize data collection processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Organize and structure large datasets for ease of access and future analysis. Paid Search & SEO Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings. Monitor and analyze SEO performance, implementing improvements based on data insights. Google Business Profile Optimization Manage and optimize GBP listings to ensure accurate business information and enhanced local search visibility. Implement strategies to improve local search rankings and customer engagement. Monitor and respond to customer reviews to enhance brand reputation and drive user trust. Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, data analysis, SEO, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads. Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles for multi-location businesses. Expertise in data entry, data validation, and data management best practices. Ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable insights based on marketing performance metrics. Understanding of marketing attribution models and budget optimization strategies. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python or R for marketing analytics and data automation. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation tools. Background in local SEO strategies and citation management.
